Anti-CDK6 (phospho Y13) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CDK6 phosphorylated at tyrosine 13 (phospho Tyr13). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein runs at 37 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide (sequence QQYEC) around Y13 of human CDK6 (NP_001250.1), and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:100–1:200.
