Anti-CDK5 (N-terminus) Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent targets the N-terminal region of cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5), a 36 kDa serine/threonine kinase implicated in neuronal differentiation and neurodegenerative disease. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of purified IgG1 in unconjugated format, raised against a recombinant fragment corresponding to amino acids 1-138 of human CDK5 and validated for Western blotting at 1:1000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The host is mouse, the clonality is monoclonal, and purification is performed by antigen-affinity chromatography.
