Anti-CDK5 (Ab-15) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5) protein, specifically targeting an epitope surrounding the tyrosine 15 phosphorylation site of human CDK5 (G-T-Y(p)-G-T) so that total endogenous CDK5 levels can be detected. The antibody is provided as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is supplied unconjugated without any fluorophore or enzyme label.
