Anti-Cdk4 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (Cdk4), a serine/threonine kinase of approximately 34 kDa that partners with D-type cyclins to drive the G1-to-S phase transition by phosphorylating the retinoblastoma protein. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, it is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows and reacts with Cdk4 from human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for cell-cycle and oncology research in standard mammalian models.

The unconjugated format allows direct use in immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation, or conjugation by the end user to HRP, biotin, or fluorophores for customized detection schemes.
