Anti-CDK4 Antibody

This unconjugated monoclonal antibody, raised in a mouse host, specifically recognizes Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4 (CDK4), a serine/threonine kinase of approximately 34 kDa that partners with cyclin D1 to drive the G1 to S phase transition of the cell cycle by phosphorylating the retinoblastoma (Rb) tumor suppressor protein.
