Anti-CDK4 Antibody

This unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com binds Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4 (CDK4), the catalytic subunit of the cyclin D–CDK4/6 complex that phosphorylates the retinoblastoma protein and gates the G1-to-S phase transition in dividing cells. Distributed as a 100 µl purified preparation in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the reagent is supplied ready for western blot workflows on lysates prepared from human and mouse samples.
