Anti-CDK20 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against cyclin-dependent kinase 20 (CDK20), a serine/threonine kinase also known as CCRK, p42, CAK-activating p42, and cell division protein kinase 20. The antibody is generated against a recombinant human CDK20 immunogen and is affinity-purified so that it recognizes the endogenous level of total CDK20 protein in native samples. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is fully unconjugated, leaving the user free to pair it with their preferred detection chemistry. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal of the IgG class, which is why matching rabbit IgG secondary antibodies (AP, biotin, FITC, HRP) are listed as suitable companions on the Antibodies.com product page. Validation work supports its use in immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the broader product record also lists Western blot (WB) as an additional application.
