Anti-Cdk2 (phospho-T160) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cdk2 phosphorylated at threonine 160. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdk2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 160. According to the manufacturer, it detects endogenous levels of Cdk2 only when phosphorylated at Thr160.

The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa.
