Anti-CDK2 Antibody

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2), a serine/threonine kinase that drives the G1/S cell-cycle transition by partnering with cyclin E and cyclin A to phosphorylate substrates including RB1, p27 (CDKN1B), and p21 (CDKN1A). Distributed by Antibodies.com in 50 µL aliquots, the unconjugated reagent is supplied in TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody supports detection of endogenous CDK2 in fixed cells, tissue sections, and whole-cell lysates.
