Anti-CDK16 Antibody

The Antibodies.com reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against CDK16, also known as PCTAIRE1. Classified as a Primary Antibody, it is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The manufacturer's data report reactivity with human samples; the catalogue listing also indicates reactivity with mouse and rat. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity methods. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 277–496 of human CDK16 (accession NP_006192.1). Recommended starting dilution for ICC/IF is 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product ships at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
