Anti-CDK13 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against human cyclin-dependent kinase 13 (CDK13), a ~165 kDa serine/threonine kinase best known for phosphorylating Ser2 within the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II. That phosphorylation mark ties CDK13 to transcriptional elongation, 3'-end processing, and alternative splicing regulation, and altered CDK13 expression or activity has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma, and other solid tumor contexts, as well as in a CDK13-linked congenital developmental disorder. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 200 µl liquid aliquot and is validated specifically for Western blot detection of the human CDK13 protein, with the polyclonal format providing recognition of multiple epitopes across the kinase domain for consistent signal on full-length target.
