Anti-CDK1 (phospho Y15) Antibody

This phospho-specific polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes CDK1 only when tyrosine 15 is phosphorylated, the inhibitory modification laid down by Wee1 and Myt1 kinases that holds the cyclin B-CDK1 complex at the G2/M boundary until Cdc25 phosphatase removes it.

Produced in rabbit as a full IgG and supplied unconjugated in 100 µl of liquid in a single vial, the reagent is validated for western blot detection of the phosphorylated CDK1 band.
