Anti-CDK1 (phospho Y15) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CDK1 when phosphorylated at tyrosine 15 (phospho Tyr15). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on Y15 of human CDK1 (NP_001777.1), with sequence GTYGV, and the antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:100 for immunoprecipitation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
