Anti-CDK1 (phospho T161) Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194874)

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CDK1 phosphorylated at Thr161. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T161 of human CDK1 (NP_001777.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a molecular weight of 34 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation, the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100-1:500, IHC 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:50-1:100. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
