Anti-Cdk1/Cdc2 (phospho-Y15) Antibody

This phospho-specific rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes Cdk1 (also called Cdc2) only when tyrosine 15 is phosphorylated, the inhibitory mark laid down by Wee1 and Myt1 kinases that holds the cyclin B-Cdk1 complex in its primed, catalytically inactive state until Cdc25 phosphatase removes the phosphate at the G2/M boundary.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, unconjugated and free of reporter enzymes or fluorophores, so it can be paired with a secondary detection reagent of the user's choice.
