Anti-Cdk1/Cdc2 (phospho-Y15) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cdk1/Cdc2 when phosphorylated at tyrosine 15 (phospho-Y15). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdk1/Cdc2 and specifically recognises endogenous Cdk1/Cdc2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr15. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The predicted molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 34 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
