Anti-Cdk1/Cdc2 (phospho-T161) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognizes Cdk1 (also known as Cdc2) only when phosphorylated at threonine 161, the activating mark laid down by CAK that is required for full Cdk1 kinase activity and mitotic entry. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, supplied as a 100 µl vial for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with the human target and is intended for research use only, supporting studies of G2/M transition, spindle assembly checkpoint signaling, and the elevated Cdk1 activity reported in proliferating tumor cells.
