Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Cdk1/Cdc2 phosphorylated at threonine 14 (phospho-T14). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Specificity data indicate it detects endogenous levels of Cdk1/Cdc2 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr14, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa.
