Anti-Cdk1/Cdc2 (phospho-T14) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available through Antibodies.com, is raised against Cdk1/Cdc2 phosphorylated at threonine 14 (phospho-T14). It is supplied unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdk1/Cdc2 around the threonine 14 phosphorylation site. According to the manufacturer, the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Cdk1/Cdc2 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr14.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has a molecular weight of ~34 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
