CDK1 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 1), also called CDC2, is a serine/threonine kinase that drives the G2/M transition and mitotic entry in eukaryotic cells. This Mouse monoclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against the CDK1 target and identified as clone A0030, is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The unconjugated format allows researchers to pair the primary antibody with their own choice of secondary detection reagent and label, supporting flexibility in fluorescence, peroxidase, or chromogenic workflows. Supplied as 200µl of liquid antibody, the reagent is intended for research use only and suits studies of cell cycle regulation, mitotic checkpoint control, cancer proliferation biology, and investigations into chemotherapeutic mechanisms where CDK1 expression is the readout.

The IgG isotype is compatible with standard anti-mouse secondary antibodies, and the monoclonal nature of the clone provides reproducible detection of CDK1 at its expected molecular weight near 34 kDa.
