Anti-CDH5 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CDH5, also referred to as VE Cadherin. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 259-358 of human VE Cadherin (NP_001786.2). It is provided as an affinity-purified liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 130 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:100-1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
