Anti-CDH4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CDH4, also referred to as R Cadherin, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 757–916 of human CDH4 (NP_001785.2). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa / 115 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
