Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CDH23, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples and supported by one scientific validation image. The antibody is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CDH23, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CDH23 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein migrates at approximately 59 kDa.
