Anti-CDH22 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CDH22, produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is intended for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 119–163 of human CDH22, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CDH22 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 89 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and an IgG isotype is noted in third-party product data.
