Anti-CDH17 Antibody

The antiserum specifically recognises endogenous levels of total CDH17 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Researchers can use the 50 µl aliquot for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, making it a flexible tool for studies of intestinal and hepatic cadherin biology.
