Anti-CDH16 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cadherin 16 (CDH16), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19-230 of human Cadherin 16 (NP_004053.1). The liquid product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500 – 1:2,000 for WB, 1:50 – 1:100 for IHC, and 1:50 – 1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
