The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 330-380 of Human CDH13 and detects endogenous levels of CDH13 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Associated molecular weights are 78, 105 and 130 kDa.
