Anti-CDH12 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the type II classical cadherin CDH12 (also called Br-cadherin), this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 200 µl of liquid antibody. Validated for western blot applications, it detects endogenous CDH12 in human, mouse, and rat samples and supports studies of cell-cell adhesion, neural development, and synaptogenesis, where CDH12 has been characterized as a brain-enriched adhesion molecule.

The polyclonal format gives broader epitope coverage than monoclonal alternatives, useful when probing splice variants or partially degraded lysates.
