Description
This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets OB Cadherin (CDH11) and is provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 637–796 of human CDH11 (NP_001788.2), and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 120 kDa.
The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given.
