Anti-CDCP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against CDCP1 (CUB domain-containing protein 1) and is intended for research use only. Each vial contains 50 µL of liquid formulation supplied at 1 mg/mL in PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide as preservative. The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CDCP1 as immunogen, and is then purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography on the epitope-specific immunogen. It is provided unconjugated and is suitable for Western blot detection of endogenous CDCP1 levels, as demonstrated in-house on 293 cell lysates. The reagent cross-reacts with samples from human, mouse, and rat origin, giving broad utility across standard laboratory models. As supplied it is shipped at 4 °C; for long-term storage aliquots should be kept at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
