Anti-CDCP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CDCP1 from Antibodies.com, supplied as an unconjugated IgG. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30–343 of human CDCP1 (NP_835488.1), and is validated for Western blot (WB) with confirmed reactivity in human and mouse samples.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Reported molecular weights are 92 kDa and 150 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
