Anti-CDCA8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CDCA8 (also referred to as Borealin), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human CDCA8 (Q53HL2). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a molecular weight of 36–38 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
