CDC7 is a serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates MCM2 and other components of the replicative helicase complex, licensing origins of DNA replication before S phase entry. Aberrant CDC7 signaling has been documented in multiple myeloma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and several solid tumor types, which keeps this kinase in active study as a target in oncology and DNA-damage response programs.
This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against the human CDC7 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated 100 µL aliquot. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human-derived samples, supporting detection of endogenous CDC7 in cell lysates and in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The unconjugated format gives researchers flexibility to pair the antibody with their preferred secondary reporter for chromogenic or fluorescence detection. For best reagent stability, aliquot upon arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles and keep refrigerated between uses, avoiding prolonged exposure to light.
