Anti-Cdc6 (phospho-S54) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cdc6 (phospho-S54), supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdc6 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 54. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Cdc6 only when phosphorylated at Ser54, with the detected protein showing a molecular weight of ~62 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
