CDC45 (Cell Division Cycle 45) functions as an essential component of the CMG helicase complex, which drives DNA replication fork progression in eukaryotic cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the cdc45 target and supports two complementary applications in the laboratory: western blot analysis of cell and tissue lysates, and immunohistochemistry on fixed sections.
Validated reactivity spans human, mouse, and rat samples, making the antibody useful for cross-species studies in cancer biology, replication stress, and cell cycle research. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a formulation that supports convenient dilution into standard assay buffers. Store aliquots at -20 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. For research use only.
