Anti-CDC42EP3 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody targets CDC42EP3 and is unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. CDC42EP3 (CDC42 effector protein 3) is associated with the plasma membrane and actin filaments.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–254 of human CDC42EP3 (NP_006440.2). It is affinity purified, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and each lot is concentration-specific. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 37 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. Aliquots are shipped at 4°C and should be stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
