Anti-CDC42BPA Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody targets CDC42BPA (also known as MRCKα), a serine/threonine kinase that functions as a downstream effector of CDC42 GTPase. CDC42BPA plays a central role in cytoskeletal reorganization, actin-myosin contractility, myosin light chain phosphorylation, and cell migration pathways, making antibodies against it valuable for investigations of motility, invasion, and morphogenesis in Human, Mouse, and Rat model systems.
