The CDC37 protein functions as a co-chaperone that directs Hsp90 to specific client kinases, including Raf, Src-family kinases, and CDK4/6, supporting folding and stabilization of these signaling molecules. By targeting CDC37, this reagent allows researchers to probe co-chaperone activity, kinase client loading, and Hsp90 complex assembly in Saccharomyces cerevisiae model systems.
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG in a vial, validated for western blot and immunoprecipitation. Aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. Brief refrigerated storage at 4°C is acceptable for short-term use following receipt.
