CDC34 (also known as UBE2R1) is an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that transfers ubiquitin onto cell cycle regulators and drives progression through the G1/S checkpoint, most prominently by promoting proteasomal degradation of CDK inhibitors such as p27. The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against this target and is supplied as an unconjugated preparation of 100 µl.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, the reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it applicable to cultured mammalian cells, fixed tissue sections, and animal model tissues. Researchers studying SCF E3 ligase activity, cullin-RING ligase function, ubiquitin-dependent signaling, or proliferation control in cancer biology can use a single aliquot across multiple experimental workflows.

Because the antibody is supplied unconjugated, it accepts a range of secondary detection chemistries for fluorescence, chromogenic, or chemiluminescent readouts. It is commonly used to confirm CDC34 expression levels, track changes under experimental perturbation, and localize the enzyme within dividing cells.
