Anti-CDC34 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CDC34, available from Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 150–236 of human CDC34 (NP_004350.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The target migrates at a molecular weight of 32 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20 °C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Three scientific validation images support the antibody.
