Generated in a rabbit host, this polyclonal IgG reagent is raised against CDC27 (Cell Division Cycle 27), a core scaffold subunit of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) that drives ubiquitin-dependent progression through metaphase-to-anaphase transition during mitosis. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl in a vial and is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. The Antibodies.com CDC27 reagent supports investigation of mitotic checkpoint activity, spindle assembly integrity, and APC/C-mediated substrate turnover relevant to cell cycle and cancer research. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes across the CDC27 protein, aiding tracking of endogenous protein levels across different cell-cycle phases. Store at -20 degrees C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the stock solution, and protect from light to preserve the unconjugated IgG.
