Anti-Cdc25C (phospho-S216) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdc25C around the phosphorylation site of Serine 216. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CDC25C protein only when phosphorylated at Ser216. The target protein migrates at approximately 53 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
