Anti-CDC25C (phospho S216) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against CDC25C phosphorylated at serine 216. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S216 of human CDC25C. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It has been characterised for reactivity with human samples and is validated for Western blotting (WB).

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
