Description

CDC25C is a dual-specificity phosphatase that activates the CDK1/cyclin B complex to drive the G2/M transition during the cell cycle, and is itself a substrate of the ATM-Chk2 and ATR-Chk1 checkpoint kinases following DNA damage. This unconjugated mouse monoclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the human and mouse CDC25C protein and is supplied as 200 µl of ready-to-use solution suitable for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The antibody is raised in a mouse host from the assigned clone A10179, with reactivity confirmed against both human and mouse samples, and is provided without a fluorophore or enzyme label for downstream detection flexibility.

Researchers studying mitotic entry, checkpoint signaling, and the DNA damage response use CDC25C antibodies to monitor phosphorylation-dependent mobility shifts and subcellular redistribution of the phosphatase across the nucleus and cytoplasm. The unconjugated format lets the end user conjugate the antibody to HRP, biotin, or a fluorophore as needed for chromogenic Western blot, immunoperoxidase staining, or immunofluorescence detection on fixed tissue sections. For research use only, not for diagnostic application.
