Anti-Cdc25B (R317) Antibody

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280–340 of Human Cdc25B, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CDC25B protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and the target runs at a molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
