CDC25B is a dual-specificity phosphatase that removes inhibitory phosphates from cyclin-dependent kinase complexes, driving the G2/M transition in dividing cells. Antibodies.com supplies a 100 µl rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against this phosphatase, validated for Western Blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples.
The polyclonal antibody recognizes multiple epitopes across CDC25B, supporting reliable detection of endogenous protein levels in whole-cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections. Supplied unconjugated, the reagent pairs with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies chosen by the user. Researchers commonly aliquot upon first use and store according to the temperature on the product vial to maintain antibody activity through repeated experiments.
