Anti-Cdc25A (phospho-S76) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against Cdc25A phosphorylated at Serine 76. The unconjugated reagent is validated for IHC and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdc25A around the phosphorylation site of Serine 76, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Cdc25A protein only when phosphorylated at Ser76. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weight for the target is approximately 59 and 70 kDa.
