Anti-Cdc25A (phospho-S76) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdc25A around the phosphorylation site of Serine 76. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Cdc25A only when the protein is phosphorylated at Ser76, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The antibody recognises Cdc25A at molecular weights of approximately 59 and 70 kDa.
