Anti-CDC25A (phospho S76) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide surrounding the serine 76 phosphorylation site of human CDC25A. Supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a 200µl vial at 1 mg/mL in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide (pH 7.2), the reagent detects endogenous CDC25A only when phosphorylated at Ser76 and resolves bands at approximately 59 and 70 kDa by Western blot. Validated applications include Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for studies of G1/S checkpoint control, genotoxic stress signaling, and altered CDC25A phosphatase activity in oncogenesis. Purification uses sequential affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific phosphopeptide followed by negative selection against the non-phosphopeptide to remove non-phospho-specific antibodies.
