Anti-CDC25A (phospho-S124) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CDC25A phosphorylated at Serine 124, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent of IgG isotype is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cdc25A around the phosphorylation site of Serine 124, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Cdc25A protein only when phosphorylated at Ser124. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 59 and 70 kDa. One scientific validation image is available.
